UK delivery — free on all orders

All UK mainland orders ship free via tracked courier. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

• Standard tracked: 1–2 working days.
• Highlands, Islands, NI: 2–3 working days.
• Signature required on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email with a courier tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

International shipping

International orders are quoted individually. Please contact enquiries@drone-sales.co.uk before ordering. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Missing or damaged parcels

Please check your parcel on arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier.

Enterprise & large orders

Enterprise builds (Matrice series, custom payloads) may ship on a longer lead time. We'll confirm the expected dispatch date after your order is placed.
