With 2.4 μm pixels and 13.5 stops of dynamic range, this camera can rival pro cameras in terms of vibrant imagery. A 4nm high-performance chip can provide you with crystal-clear images for anything from dramatic sunrises to city nights. Just press the shutter button to capture breathtaking images and crop them with confidence. Each photograph offers around 4 times the sharpness of the Osmo Action 4, with approximately 40 megapixels (7296×5472) or 8K (16:9) resolution.

Capture stunning high-definition, low-light video at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, ensuring a perfect balance between highlights and shadows without any overexposure. The Osmo Action 5 Pro is equipped with a colour temperature sensor, allowing it to deliver exceptional colour performance even in complex lighting conditions, such as underwater diving. Furthermore, the SuperNight mode utilises advanced AI-powered noise reduction algorithms to provide sharper, cleaner footage in extremely low-light environments.

Stay on your subject

Preserve your frame's focus by centring and tracking the subject. This smart feature identifies the subject's location and dynamically adapts the composition. Ensure the subject remains centred in every frame, whether filming horizontally or vertically.

Dual OLED High-Brightness Touchscreens

The device boasts a peak brightness of 1000 nits, ensuring vibrant colours and high contrast through the use of front and rear OLED high-brightness touchscreens. The tempered glass construction provides durability, while the anti-fingerprint (AF) coating maintains responsive touch controls, even in wet conditions. With the Always On Display feature enabled, both screens display recording duration and specifications, optimising power consumption. This allows you to quickly access essential information without being disrupted by bright lights at night.

Preview your 10-bit D-Log M footage with colour recovery using the front and rear touchscreens. With this, quickly adjust the colour and brightness to capture high-quality raw footage. Additionally, utilise the 10-bit D-Log M and 10-bit HLG modes to view the detailed highlights and shadows, ensuring your footage has a distinct and professional look that stands out.

Realise your vision

A wide 155-degree field of view allows you to capture video with a dynamic and expansive perspective. Utilise 32x Super Slow Motion capabilities to see even more intricate details. Record at 1080p/240fps, which can be processed to achieve the video quality equivalent of 960fps in post-production. The maximum video specification has now been upgraded, providing you with greater compositional space and cropping flexibility by supporting 4K/120fps, in a 4:3 aspect ratio with full-pixel recording.

Powered for go-getters, a single battery now delivers up to four hours of continuous use. The Osmo 5 Pro also benefits from Battery Fast Charging achieving 2 hours of shooting time for only 15 minutes of charging.

Waterproof design

Built for adventure, the Osmo Action 5 Pro is EN13319 Certified and boasts a waterproof performance of up to 20m without a waterproof case or 60m with one.

High-Speed Transfer

The action camera supports Wi-Fi 6.0 and USB 3.0 technology, enabling high-speed data transfers of up to 80 MB/s. Additionally, this camera offers a range of resolution options for both live streaming and video recording.

Professional Air Pressure Gauge/Water Pressure Gauge

The device has an integrated pressure gauge and displays the water depth as well as the altitude so that it can automatically begin and end recording when entering and exiting the water, respectively; perfect for hands-free adventuring.

Enhanced user workflow

A timecode feature works to quickly synchronise footage from multiple cameras, while Highlight effortlessly marks key moments, speeding up the editing process. Convert 3-second videos into dynamic photos with the Live Photos feature, and use Pre-record, which captures and retains exciting moments before the official recording starts.

Mimo App

Once the Action 5 Pro is wirelessly connected to the Mimo app, you can preview the camera's view and adjust its settings. The app comes with various editing templates and a One-Tap Edit feature, allowing you to edit the footage without having to download it, which saves storage space on your phone. Additionally, the Mimo app offers a range of editing features specifically designed for action cameras, including Sports Dashboard, Vivid Underwater, and InvisiStick.
