DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo (RC 2)
The DJI Air 3S Fly More Combo (RC 2) comes equipped with a 24mm, 1-inch-CMOS primary camera as well as a 70mm medium tele-camera making it a perfect drone for travel photography. Both of the lenses are capable of up to 14 stops of dynamic range so that you can capture stunning landscapes, portraits and more in stunning detail. Other standout features include a new Free panorama feature, nightscape obstacle sensing and next-gen Smart RTH for enhanced safety during nighttime photography.
This kit includes the DJI RC 2 controller, plus 2 extra batteries, 2 extra propellers (pair), a shoulder bag, ND Filter Set and battery charging hub.
Dual Cameras
The DJI Air 3S comes equipped with two cameras to allow for a greater range of photographic styles. The primary camera is a 1-inch-CMOS with a 24mm camera and the second is a 1/1.3-inch-CMOS with a 70mm medium tele camera.
The 24mm camera features an f/1.8 aperture with a 3.2μm Large Pixel Size* and is capable of taking 50MP images making it a perfect choice for capturing expansive landscapes.
The 70mm lens features an f/2.8 aperture with a 2.4μm Large Pixel Size* and is capable of capturing images at up to 48MP making it a great choice for portrait and vehicle shots.
*Achieved with QBC (Quad Bayer Coding) techniques that combine four pixels into one. Not supported when shooting 48MP or 50MP photos.
Primary Camera
The primary camera of the DJI Air 3S is capable of capturing stunning video footage.
4K/60fps HDR Video
It is possible to capture up to 14 stops of dynamic range* when using this mode, making it perfect for cinematic footage when shooting high-contrast scenes.
4K/120fps Video**
This mode offers enhanced resolution along with high frame rates so that you can capture all the action at sports events etc.
10-bit D-Log M & HLG Video
This mode offers greater flexibility in post-production with the maximum ISO being raised to 12,800. D-Log M and HLG colour modes raise the max ISO to 3,200 so that you can capture more details when shooting at night.
*14 stops of dynamic range are achievable for video on Auto mode but not for vertical or slow-motion video.
**4K/120fps video recording is only supported in Slow Motion mode
Medium Tele Camera
The 70mm camera is capable of the same video resolutions as the primary camera to ensure that footage from both matches up easily in post-production. The 70mm lens features a 3x optical zoom so that you can capture impressive shots at a distance.
Free Panorama Mode
Both cameras offer the Free panorama mode which lets you produce stunning panoramic shots by stitching together multiple images into one image.
Safer Night Time Flying
The Air 3S is the first DJI drone to come equipped with forward-facing LiDAR as well as downward infrared time-of-flight (ToF) sensors and six vision sensors (two at the front, rear, and bottom) to achieve Nightscape Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing so that you can fly safer at night. This ensures that the drone can identify and avoid obstacles such as buildings during its flight and return paths.
Next-Gen Smart RTH
The DJI Air 3S is powered by real-time vision positioning and map construction technologies so that the drone can memorise flight paths when adequate lighting is available. This allows for a safe return flight even when taking off from areas without satellite signals.
Enhanced Vision Assist
The Air 3S features Vision Assist which provides a downward view as well as the front, back, left, and right views so that you can get a clearer idea of your surroundings. The drone also features Waypoint Flight and Cruise Control that allows you to pre-set flight paths and camera actions and quickly lock control stick inputs to unleash creativity.
ActiveTrack 360°
The Air 3S comes equipped with ActiveTrack 360° which ensures that your subject is kept in frame. The drone can keep your subject at the centre of the frame by automatically planning a flight path and adjusting accordingly.
Stay Focused
DJI Air 3S introduces a new Subject Focusing feature that keeps your subject in sharp focus, even during manual flight or when the subject moves off-centre. This feature allows you to fully concentrate on the more creative aspects of your shots like composition and camera movement.
Up to 45 Minutes of Flight Time*
The Air 3S can provide up to 45 minutes* of flight time so that you have enough time to get all the footage you need.
*Measured by DJI Air 3S flying forward at a constant speed of 32.4 kph in a windless environment at sea level, with Obstacle Avoidance Action set to Brake, in photo mode, and from 100% battery level until 0%. Data is for reference only. Always pay attention to reminders in the app during your flight.
10-bit O4 Video Transmission*
The DJI Air 3S is capable of providing 10-bit video transmission at 1080p/60fps over distances of up to 10 kilometres, allowing for reliable live feeds.
*Measured in an outdoor, open environment, without interference, and with FCC compliance. The above data shows the farthest communication range for one-way, non-return flights. Always pay attention to reminders in the app during your flight.
DJI Cellular Dongle 2 Compatibility
The DJI Air 3S is compatible with the DJI Cellular Dongle 2 (sold separately) for seamless integration without the need for any extra accessories.
42GB of Built-in Storage
The Air 3S features 42 GB of built-in storage so that you can start recording right out of the box.
Off-State QuickTransfers
It is possible to send files from the Air 3S to your smartphone or computer even when the drone is powered off. The drone maintains a Bluetooth connection for 12 hours after it has been powered off and you can transfer to a computer via USB cable.
